As Spring arrives, we feel the vibrant energy of springtime in our bodies and souls. We feel more energized, we crave the fresh air fragrant with blossoms and earth awakening, and, if we pay enough attention to God’s beautiful creation, we can begin to see how we embody the natural rhythms of the season we find ourselves in.

Welcome to Embody:Spring, a journey of soulful exploration and embodiment guided by the season of spring.

What does embodiment mean to you? As you envision the beauty of spring, what sensations arise within your body? How can you live embodied through this season, being present to the world around you and inside of you, being present to the fingerprints of God on everything around you?

Join us for a playful and nurturing five-week experience of where intentional reflection, yoga asana, meditation and contemplative practices, and embodiment practices are guided by the gentle whispers of the spring. We’ll delve into awareness of being here and now, in our bodies, in the season, and embrace being surrounded by the Loving Presence of God who created every flower blooming, every vibrant blade of green grass peeking out from the earth, the warmth from the skin that dances on our skin, and the awakening we feel as we step into the season.

Together, let’s embark on a five-week adventure of self and God discovery as we embrace the beauty of growth and renewal in body, mind, and spirit.


soul care yoga is an hour of movement, meditation, reflection and study of self and God to enrich and nourish your soul. It’s a space of grace on your mat to be and become, to connect with the Divine, and to cultivate intentional space to meet you right where you are. We are Bhakti Yogi’s– practicing the yoga of devotion on the path of Christ.

Classes will be held live over Zoom. The meeting link, ID number and passcode will be emailed to you in the weekly class reminder email.


You’ll receive a weekly class follow up email with a 7-day replay of the class to enjoy anytime you’d like, a link to the curated playlist from the class and other bits of inspiration, reflection and practices to nourish your heart throughout the week and season.


Each week we will explore a new style of yoga asana from hatha to slow flow, yin yang and more, and we’ll explore a new contemplative and embodiment practice to deepen your spiritual journey.


CLASS DATES: Classes run for 5 consecutive Tuesday nights beginning Tuesday, April 2nd and the final class being held on Tuesday, April 30th.

CLASS TIME: 7-8pm CDT (Winnipeg/Nashville time)

CLASS ACCESS: Classes will be held live over Zoom. The meeting link, ID number and passcode will be emailed to you in a weekly class reminder email.

CLASS ACCESSIBILITY: Classes are for all skill levels. All you need is space to move and comfortable clothing to move in. You are welcome here no matter where you find yourself on your faith journey. We will be exploring a different style of yoga asana each class, from YangYin, to Flow and more.

WHAT’S INCLUDED: Weekly 1-hour soul care yoga class. Each week we will move, breathe, meditate and reflect on the season to nourish our souls. Weekly reminder email. Weekly follow up email including the class replay available for 7 days– you’re never without a class or resources!

COST: Registration is for all 5 classes and is $60 per person (just $12 per class!). If the cost is preventative from you attending, please send an email to discuss options.
