🤍 Devotion

🤍 Devotion

A 4‑week autumn Soul Care Yoga series designed to help you reimagine devotion as a practice of joy and wholehearted presence.

Autumn is a season of re-commitment. The carefree days of summer fade, and with the turning of the leaves and crisp air comes a return to schedules, rhythms, and routines. When autumn arrives, many of us feel the pull to re-examen our priorities and make the most of the year that remains.

A recommitment to our spiritual practices can often land on our list of things to be done; another check box on the list of ‘should’s’ that we add to our already packed routines We dust off the ‘devotionals’ that sit on our shelves, we set our alarms half an hour earlier, and we attempt to not ‘snooze’ our way through the practices we are told we need to commit to in order to have a flourishing faith life..

But what if devotion were
less about rigid obligation and more about joy, love, and desire?
What if it was less about what we “must” do, and more about what we get to do?
This is the heart of devotion: to orient our whole selves toward God—not out of duty, but to show up wholeheartedly out of delight.

Devotion is a 4‑week autumn soul care yoga series designed to help you reimagine devotion as a practice of joy and wholehearted presence. Through yoga asana (movement), breath work (pranayama), meditation, soul-nourishing reflection, and contemplative practices, you’ll be invited to return—again and again—to God’s presence with both body and spirit.

Step into autumn with Devotion: Virtual Soul Care Yoga

A 4-week virtual soul care yoga series, inviting you to reimagine devotion as a practice of joy and wholehearted presence.

We’ll Explore

Week 1 | What Is Devotion?  Love as the Root
We’ll explore what Devotion is by returning to the heart—where devotion is not duty, but love. A love that roots us in God’s presence and steadies us for the season ahead.
Yoga style | Hatha

Week 2 | Joyful Surrender, Devotion as Delight
What if surrender felt like freedom? Like play, song, and delight? This week invites us to taste devotion as joy—something our souls long to experience.
Yoga style | Flow

Week 3 | Devotion Through Practice. Showing Up in Love
Devotion deepens when we show up again and again. Through movement, breath, and prayer, we’ll embody the beauty of faithfulness over perfection.
Yoga style | Slow Flow

Week 4 | Devotion to the Divine Within & Around
Devotion doesn’t end when the mat is rolled. We’ll close by listening for the Divine within and around us—discovering how every breath, every act, can become love offered back.
